After an eventful career in the performing arts as a dancer, choreographer, studio owner, and arts administrator, I earned my degree in psychology and a professional certification as a Life and Career Coach.
As a Christian in the performing arts and the field of psychology, I balanced two different world views - worlds that were often at odds with each other. Each day required a decision about which mask to wear so I could get through the day without conflict. It was exhausting!
During an intensive week-long diversity training workshop, I realized that I was being stereotyped both by myself and by others. I have a unique combination of skills, talents, and creativity all perfectly mixed together by my God.
That realization is the foundation for my second career as a Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. I am known for my creative programs and presentations that offer a fresh perspective on personal development for my clients and audience members.
To feed my creative spirit, I continue to perform as a solo handbell artist in worship services, at special events, and in full concerts.
Combining my creativity with my coaching practice has resulted in the creation of the Ring True series encouraging Professional Women in transition to rediscover who they really are and what they really want to do so they can step into the next phase of life with confidence and joy. They learn to reconnect forgotten dreams with their current reality and teach them to play well together.
After realizing the valuable connection of my faith, my skills, and my creativity with my business, I am excited to start each day without a mask.
It would be my honor to help you discover that same excitement.
